Helios Hotel - Crotone

During my xmas at this hotel, the staff was exceptional in providing help and great service. the location where the hotel was situated was amazing as it overlooked the sea and provided a great view of the surroundings.

The hotel had some major drawbacks that I didn't appreciate. the pool was closed, which was a huge turn-off for me.

Hotel staff responsive, really good courtesy, excellent food, recently renovated rooms, extraordinary bathrooms, large shower.

Everything was spot on.

This hotel had the best location on the outskirts of the city, very near to the sea. The spacious room with a terrace offered a wonderful view over the water. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. The breakfast offered a decent choice of food.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The blankets were thin and it was cold at night, I had to wear extra layers to stay warm. The area around the hotel was deserted, I had to drive to find places to eat or shop.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of a seaside area, offering great views of the ocean. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with modern bathrooms and comfortable amenities. Breakfast is good, and there are a few facilities available, such as a pool and tennis court to use.

The upkeep of the hotel could be improved, as there seems to be a lack of attention to detail, such as maintenance to the pool and tennis court facilities.
